WDP_7511Dave Glenn Alley is a professional deejay with many years of experience. His broadcast radio career progressed through seven different stations in three different states. During much of this time he also grew his own mobile deejay business to accommodate reunions and receptions; proms and private parties; and in recent years structured incentive rewards parties for public school students. Dave has also hosted quite a variety of outdoor events including classic car shows, corporate picnics, grand openings and campground gigs. he has a vast collection of music for all ages, and often plays simple group games for door prizes. dave has a designated deejay page on Facebook as : Dave Glenn Alley that radio guy

2014 Tearstock Rolling Home Tour Itinerary

ARRIVAL

Once you are here…

• Head to Your Reserved Camping Lot
o If you have not reserved a lot, please report to Area G to check on available lots in the Group Area. If you want to stay in another area, report to the Office or Park Ranger, if it after 8pm.

• Head to Area G
o Get your gift bag and T-shirt.
o Base Camp is located in Area G. Employees will be here as well as daily events and general store.

• Paying for your Lot
o Atwood will collect payment for the lots directly.
o The office is open til 8. If it is after 8, report in with a ranger

• Pick Up Your T-Shirt
o Check in at the Event Tent

Schedule of Events – All activities will be held at BASE CAMP (southern part of AREA G)

Tuesday, August 12th

• Registration (continual upon arrival)
o Open, Continual Event Registration
o “Home Base” – located at back of Group Area
o Once Settled, Report to Office for Park Registration

• Tech Appointments. 9am – 3pm
o Sign Up prior to event on Website (Appts. are first come, first serve)

• Factory Tour. (Sign up at Base Camp)
o 10am and 1pm
o Tours limited to 15 people. (30 at each time slot)

• Welcome Home Dinner. From 5:30 to 7:30pm
o Representatives from LGWW on Hand to Welcome Campers
o We will have main course, snacks and beverages

Wednesday, August 13th

• Tech Appointments. 9am – 3pm
o Sign Up prior to event on Website (Appts. are first come, first serve)

• Factory Tour. (Sign up at Base Camp)
o 10am and 1pm
o Tours limited to 15 people. (30 at each time slot)

• MOVIE NIGHT
• Aaron Stump – Atwood: Past, Present, Future 7pm
• Smore Night – break out those graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate bars!!

Thursday, August 14th

• Tech Appointments. 9am – 3pm
o Sign Up prior to event on Website (Appts. are first come, first serve)

• Factory Tour. (Sign up at Base Camp)
o 10am and 1pm
o Tours limited to 15 people. (30 at each time slot)

• Best of Home Wine Tasting. 6pm Here’s a chance to show off what local vineyards have to offer. Bring a couple bottles of wine from your home area to share with others and sample what they have to offer as well. Cheese and crackers and other refreshments on those attending to bring and share along with their beverages.
• DJ David Glenn 7pm -9pm
o That Radio Guy: Join DJ Glenn as he spins some tunes as you relax lakeside

Friday, August 15th

• Tech Appointments. 9am – 3pm
o Sign Up prior to event on Website (Appts. are first come, first serve)

• Factory Tour. (Sign up at Base Camp)
o 10am and 1pm
o Tours limited to 15 people. (30 at each time slot)

• Pot Luck Dinner – you fix it, everyone else eats it! – 5pm
• Rolling Home Event Awards. After potluck

The Rolling Home Event Awards

• The “I Go Where I’m Towed To” Award Awards given to the Little Guy and T@B that traveled furthest to this event.
• The “Popular Mechanics” Award. Awards given to the Little Guy with the most innovative and creative owner modification as voted by those in attendance. So named because Popular Mechanics was one of the first to offer plans for teardrop trailers and the leading do it yourself magazine of the time.
• The “Jim Harvey” Award. Awards given to the T@B with the most innovative and creative owner modification as voted by those in attendance.
• The “Best Campsite” Award Given to the owner of the Little Guy or T@B with the best looking campsite as voted by those in attendance.

• ROLLING HOME DRAWINGS!
o From t-shirts to teardrop locks to birdhouses and keychains, when you register, you are entered!

Saturday, August 16th
• Wake up, enjoy your last day….Get all of your new friends contact information and pictures…then hit the trail!

Alcohol Policy:
• Out of Sight, Out of Mind
• Cover it up, Put it in a Koozie. (LGWW actually is putting some in gift bags)
• No open containers…Rangers aren’t patrolling for it…It’s not a problem until you make it one
• No 40 oz’ers or intoxicated folk floating around the campgrounds or driving
